El contrato es de seis meses y se puede renovar despues. Las fotos son algo viejos, voy a tomar otras pronto mostrando el bano completo abajo y otras cosas. Voy a ensenar la casa y dar aplicaciones el sabado 18 de enero y sabado 25 de enero de 11am-1 y 5-6 pm. Requisitos: Trabajo estable e ingreso total de familia de por lo menos 4k por mes, buenas referencias de renteros previos, deposito de $1,600.00 y primera mes de renta. Disponible el 1 de febrero. Contrato de seis meses que se puede renogociar despues del termino. Los habitantes son responsables por todas las utilidades y el cuidado exterior como cortar la grama.
