GREAT ROOM Spacious great room floor plan offering 2 full bedrooms and den with space to easily enclose for a closet. Shutters and tile through out. Open eat-in kitchen with stainless steel stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Covered Patio and great location All occupants over 18 must apply. Lease term is 12 months. In addition to the advertised monthly rent there is also a $25 per month admin fee and there may be city tax between 1.8% and 2.5% depending on city. Upon application approval a $500 deposit will be collected to hold the property and will be applied towards your move in costs. Move in costs consist of initial pro-rated rent, rental tax, security deposit and a one-time admin fee of $125.
