Lived here for a year and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have a better opportunity present itself. Management was great from signing initial papers to handing over our keys when we moved out. We sadly had a neighbor who dinged our car a few times with theirs and left some damages but that was really our only complaint. I would recommend this place to anyone looking here in Spokane Valley.

These apartments were wonderful! It's been over a year since we moved out and I still miss this apartment (we moved out of state). The apartments were well maintained and had the most amazing floorplans. Everyone that worked there was so kind and easy to work with. The office people always answered all my questions and the maintenance crew was very respectful. Thank you for being a wonderful place to live!!!
