Close to Manassas, downtown (10 min drive). 10-15 minute drive to VRE, and 20 minutes to 95 (Woodbridge / Dumfries) or 66 (Gainesville / Haymarket). The house sits 50 feet from the river, and has ample parking and space. Was just remodeled with brand new kitchen, floors, etc. There are decks, balconies and a gorgeous view. Two fire pits, plenty of privacy and a great place to relax. Kayak from the house anytime or sit on the deck and enjoy the peace and quiet. Tons of Storage Space in detached garage. Room Downstairs (approx 7ft 6" x 19ft) - You would have your own room and a private bathroom (next to but not attached. across from room door. Currently being remodeled and should be completed within the next 2-3 weeks Brand new with tile.). There is a entrance via sliding door from the outside and the room is approx 13x19-20 feet. The area outside the door needs to be fixed. Currently a Gravel patio. Room cost would be $900. Rent includes Utilities: Water, Electric, High Speed Internet, Gas, Washer and Dryer Usage. Brand new kitchen, appliances and washer, dryer. Weekly Cleaning by Professional Cleaning Service is also included in rent. About Me: I am 29 Yr old Male who is looking for two roommates. I have a GF who is moving to NJ for a job so I will tend to be traveling on the weekends back and forth. I have a 65 pound Dog who is energetic and tends to jump and lick you to death (must be pet friendly) and a 6 yr old cat. The animals will go to NJ with my GF in mid December, however, when she comes to visit they will come back so being pet friendly is a must. Other Room is currently rented out by a owner of a construction company. 38 yr old male with a 1.5 year old dog I like to work on the house, do yard work / landscaping, bonfires, gardening, kayak in the river, visit friends and travel.
