We lived at Somerhill Farms when we sold our last house and were looking for our new house. It is a safe and close knit community. This apartment community is not massive which is really nice because you are not just a number to them. The staff is very helpful and responsive to the needs of the residents. Any maintenance requests were taken care of promptly. Overall it was pleasant experience.

Somerhill Farms apartments is managed by the dream team Sydney and Bonnie. They provide the highest level of professional and courteous service. They are attentive to everything and ensure a quality experience. Andrew leads a very responsive maintenance team who are capable of handling any situation. This is our second lease here and we’re very happy overall. Recommended.
