About 12607 Highway O
This is a two bedroom, 1 bath farm home with a beautiful view and a great location. It is 1.5 miles South of Wood Heights on highway O. We provide the water and trash service. We also do most of the lawn maintenance. The kitchen has two sinks, refrigerator and range. There are lots of cabinets and countertop space. No dishwasher. The home has a wrap-around enclosed porch on the W and S sides. There is extra storage available in the building behind the house. This farm has lots of trees, trails and a 10 acre lake. The tenant has LIMITED fishing privileges. Because of liability associated with the lake we will only rent to adults. No pets and NO smoking. Please call Steve at 816-213-6878 if you have questions.
