We are looking to transfer the lease on our apartment from September 1st. The lease is until June 1, 2023. - Heat, water, and AC are included in the rent. - Hydro is not included in the rent and comes to about $50/month maximum. - Underground parking is available for ~$170/month. The apartment is large, sunny, and extremely well located. It's about a 5-10 min walk to anywhere on the McGill campus and Peel metro.
