The main level of the home includes a wood burning fireplace in the living room, a spacious eat-in kitchen with wooden cabinets and a center island, a master bedroom with an attached private bath, and two additional bedrooms which share a hallway bath. The walk-out basement includes both finished and unfinished spaces - a large rec room area, a half bath, and the laundry. Renter is responsible for the lawn care (and all utilities). Driveway can fit up to two cars, if parked tandem. This property is within the following school district: * Agnor-Hurt Elementary * Burley Middle * Albemarle High No smoking is allowed at the property.
