This cute freshly updated unit is upstairs and features neutral paint, LVT flooring, large windows, and plenty of storage with room and hallway closets! You would enter this unit via a common hallway which provides additional security. There is a shared laundry room through the common hallway and down a couple of steps. You would be responsible for supplying your own washer and dryer for this laundry room that provides enough hookups for yourself and your neighbor. Your backyard opens to a lovely deck for entertaining and a fully fenced yard! This is a NO SMOKING home. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, garage, or any other structure that is considered a part of the property. Type: Duplex (upstairs unit) Security Deposit: One Month's Rent Administrative Fees: A non-refundable application fee is charged per applicant. A $100 Move in Admin Fee is charged with a signed lease. Appliances: Range and Fridge Laundry: Hookups are provided in the unit, residents are responsible for supplying washer/dryer.
