Upon entering the front door you will find very clean tile flooring all throughout the home, with a big island for entertaining. This is a split floor plan with the secondary bedrooms on one side of the home with a full bathroom right off the living area. One bedroom has a door access to the outside of the home offering privacy for one of your guests. The sliding back door opens to a dirt lot with no rear yard fencing. You will need to bring your washer and electric dryer to hook up in the home. The garage holds two cars with an area for storage. Tenants are responsible for electric, water, sewer and trash. Pets are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and $100 for the additional pet. Security deposit is based on credit, background and rental history.
