Turtle Creek is in a great location, and the owner pays the condo fee which covers cable, trash, water/sewer AND some great amenities like a pool, tennis and play areas as well as a fitness center. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests and the property is within walking distance to the Shots at Stonefield! Plus, the University of Virginia, Barracks Road Shopping and the Downtown district is all about 10 minutes or less away! No pets!
