The kitchen features modern appliances including a stainless steel refrigerator, smooth-top stove, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy meals in the dining area or at the granite topped breakfast bar. A sliding glass door leads to the private balcony with views of the Colonial Charters Golf Course and water features. The main living area has vinyl flooring for easy care and carpet in the bedrooms for comfort. Large primary bedroom has walk-in closet and private full bathroom. Additional two bedrooms are on opposite end of the unit for privacy and have access to the second full bathroom with step-in shower. Washer and dryer are provided in the unit as-is without warranty for repair or replacement. Building is not elevator-equipped and use of stairs is required. Please note that the condo residents at Tullamore Lakes do not have access to the pool at Sun Colony. Rent: $1,395. per month includes water, sewer, trash, and landscaping. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Security deposit: $1,395. Renters insurance is required. Property is non-smoking. Pets: not permitted Southern Coast Management Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to Noon and 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Call 843-281-0220 for additional information and to arrange a viewing.
