Apartments in GatineauHull/Quartier de I'Oree-du-Parc 124 Rue Kent, Gatineau, QC J8X 3K6, CanadaWe are looking for a roommate to fill 1 out of 3 rooms for rent in a SHARED house (all areas of the house, with the exception of each individual bedroom, are shared spaces), with a lovely backyard and a small pool. House is air conditioned, with access to a washer and dryer in the basement. All utilities are included in the rent except for internet. We currently have an unlimited internet plan, new tenants are welcome to contribute a share of the cost and join the existing plan or they may get their own. The bedroom to be taken over is located at the rear of the house, has lovely natural light and is L-shaped which makes for a great home office space or dressing area. The current tenants have two small cats, so it is possible the landlady will consider tenants with cats provided it is discussed prior to moving in. The room will become available May 1st. Some of the other tenants are working from home during the pandemic. We all enjoy board games, cooking and relaxing in the backyard. The room includes the bed, one nightstand, a large glass desk and office chair. (Existing furniture can be moved if the new tenant has their own) Located in a quiet area of Gatineau, a five minute walk from the Museum of History, a 25 minute walk into the Byward Market area, and just 3 minutes away from both OC Transpo and STO bus stops.
