Three bedroom, two bath house. Close to the college, shopping and the beach. Tenant pays all utilities, pets negotiable with owner approval and non-refundable pet fees. One month's rent for the security deposit. Trademark Residential also has a $200 one time admin fee and a $10 monthly processing fee. Please view the property before applying. Applications will not be accepted unless you view the property first. Students will need cosigners and cosigners also have to fill out an application and pay the app fee which is $75 per person.
