Lookout View Townhomes, located in Chattanooga Tennessee, is a brand-new townhome rental community nestled in the Lookout Valley community. Residents of this new community will have the ability to choose from three-story townhomes featuring 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom floorplans. Our townhomes include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, faux wood flooring, modern fixtures and finishes along with smart home technology. Lookout View Townhomes is a Pet Friendly community with convenient access for you and your furry friends to the best outdoor activities the Chattanooga area has to offer such as Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, and the Incline Railway. Our community is only a few minutes south of Downtown Chattanooga with easy access to groceries, pharmacies, banking, great restaurants, and shopping.

Move-in: Me and 3 friends moved here from several states away which made this move-in process a little bit more challenging, but Alex of the leasing office could not have made it easier for us. She was extremely communicative, always going the extra mile to explain everything in great detail, and is a genuine person. (She has continued to help us even with understanding the charges on our utility bill. Can't think of enough good things to say about the service she provides for the community.) Community: Its a very small community, which in my opinion is nice. You see the same people frequently, everyone is polite, and everyone is pretty mindful with keeping the community clean. Parking can be a bit of a mess sometimes (weekends) but that is to be expected. Not to mention the location is INSANE! 8 minute ride to downtown??? We're talking about less than a $10 uber ride lol. House/Space: These are very new and I think the build quality can be better, BUT the price is more than fair for what you get. We have had no major issues with major appliances or anything crazy. Floors are a little hollow sounding, walls could be a little thicker, BUT that nit-picking in my opinion. For the price the value they provide is the best in the area without a doubt. All in all, not enough good things to say about this place since moving in some months ago. Recommend to anyone/everyone who wants a nice affordable place to live!

Lookout View Townhomes is a beautiful townhome community and is extremely close to downtown, very ideal! One thing to consider before moving here is storage, there are only closets in the bedrooms, the primary bathroom and of course the cabinets. I don't have much, yet I will definitely have to be creative or invest in some sort of storage system. I still give the community 5 Stars. And Alex, your Resident liaison, is great!
