Upon entering the front door you will be impressed with the open concept and 10 ft. tall ceilings. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, an oversized island, large walk in pantry, stainless steel appliances including a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer (both are included in the rent) as well as a mud room. The master bedroom is large with a walk in closet and a master bathroom including a 5ft tiled shower, dual vanities, dual linen closets, and a separate water closet. Two other spacious bedrooms are located in the front of the house with a full second bathroom in between. You will enjoy the covered and screened back porch that also feature two ceiling fans and a fenced backyard. Large two car garage with remote opening system will give ample space to park. Additional storage is available with pull down stair access to storage above garage. This house is situated in the highly sought after St. James school district. Small dog (under 20 pounds) or cat would be allowed with Landlord written approval and separate $250 non refundable pet deposit. Pet restriction applies and certain breeds are not permitted. There will be no smoking allowed in the home (outside only). Applicants must submit an application including basic background check, income verification and rental history. Minimum credit score of 670 is required. Renters insurance is required. A $2,400 refundable deposit is required. We will forward you a link to complete the background check, credit check and income verification. One year lease will be offered which will be renewable on a month to month basis after the initial one year term. Trash Pickup and quarterly pest control are included in the rent. Landlord pays the HOA fee.
