This apartment offers you a 2 bedroom, 1 bath option with all inclusive services including utilities, cable and internet. This apartment also has a separate entrance to the left of the house with beautiful interlocking leading to your entrance way. The backyard is shared with the managing landlord upstairs which includes a nice grass area, deck and vegetable garden in the summer time. The apartment is also nice and close to the local bus transit but also near the south GO station. Just a 2 minute drive and 10 minute walk. Within walking distance there is also grocery, pharmacy and some great dining out options. Inside the unit you will be welcomed with a bright and open main living area with the open concept kitchen area where there is either an apartment or full size fridge option, full size stove and microwave. There is great cupboard space and cupboards are deep. Bathroom is up to date and has a full size tub and shower head. Both bedrooms are well sized but there is a “considered” master bedroom where you will find a walk in closet, your washer and drying amenities and a BONUS “cold room” that works great for extra storage. A couple other items or information to add about the apartment: -Street parking available from April until December and arrangements with neighbor for an additional $50/month have been made in the past to accommodate a second car during the winter months. - No pets or smoking indoors -First and last month’s rent required along with rental application and lease agreement -Added comfort features include tankless water heater which ensures continuous hot water, sound proof insulation in ceilings and a new two stage high efficiency furnace which maintains a comfortable temperature in the unit.
