Master suite is located off the living room with attached ensuite featuring double sink vanity, soaker tub/shower combo, walk in closet and linen closet. Backyard is perfect for quiet evenings and family gatherings with storage shed available for tenant use. The location is convenient to schools, shopping and much more. Neighborhood playground is less than a block away for the children to enjoy. There is quick and easy access to I - 10 east and west bound or Blue Angel Parkway for south bound travel toward NAS Pensacola. ** INTERIOR PHOTOS COMING SOON School zones - Beulah Elementary, Bellview Middle and Pine Forest High School pets allowed on a pre approved basis with all pet fees paid, 20 lb weight limit. Owner/manager reserves the right to reject any pet at any time. Pet fees range from $275-375 per pet, this is a one time nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a annual pet inspection fee of $150. All animals are screened by a 3rd party screening company to be verified as a service animal. Verified service animals have no pet fees due. If unverified, pet fees will be required.
