With close access to all Little Rock’s dining & entertainment, this home offers a small-town feel in one of Arkansas’ safest cities. If you need access to the AF-Base & hospitals, look no further, living in Sherwood will ensure your stay will be a nice one! Dogs welcome, maximum of three, no other pets will be accepted, to include cats.! Month-To-Month Available. and demand. Application Fee: $65.00 per adult over 18 years old. Income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent. Minimum credit score of 680 is required. Exceptions may be granted if the home is a corporate lease, as a third party payer for the tenants or occupants. Security Deposit and other applicable fees, to include dogs, will apply based on trip length and may change based on the application information provided.
