There is also an outdoor balcony to relax on with a storage closet! This rental includes one assigned parking spot, and the rent covers trash and lawn maintenance. As a resident of Gardens of Forest Lake, you'll have access to fantastic outdoor amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball, a playground, picnic tables and grills, a waterfront dock with a fishing area, and more! No Utilities included. Plus, you'll enjoy easy access to local shopping, dining, entertainment, grocery stores, hospitals, banks, and much more. Located in close proximity to Tampa or Clearwater, this is one to see! Don't miss out—schedule your viewing today! Pet Policy: Small pet allowed at the owner's discretion, with a $350 nonrefundable pet fee. If you decide to apply for one of our properties: Screening includes credit/background check, income verification of 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent and rental history verification.
