No association approval required. This townhome has been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling. Downstairs is all 30X30 porcelain tile flooring. You have all new kitchen cabinets and a cooking island with plenty of storage. The whole house has been painted all new appliances light fixtures with ceiling fans, and the closets even have lights in them. As you enter the primary suite with double doors to a large bedroom with brand new bathroom and custom cabinetry in closet. Nothing has been spared. The pipes in the house have been replaced. As you go out the French doors to the backyard you will see it is completely fenced in with a shed to put all your extra things in. Upstairs you have all laminated grey flooring and carpet only on stairs. All 3 bathrooms have been remodeled too
