Trash service is included in the monthly rent. All other utilities, including lawn care and snow removal are separately metered and the tenants responsibility. Pets may be considered for an additional $50 monthly fee and deposit. Size, breed, and quantity restrictions apply. You will enjoy being a close drive to the Altoona Recreation Center, Altoona Police Station, Kwik Trip, Glacier Bakery, and Altoona Elementary School. To schedule a showing or for more information, please call 715-514-5440 for a pre-screening. All adults are required to provide full name and DOB.
