Available Summer of 2021 1209 Walton Drive - 4 bed, 2 bath house on large lot Less than 1 mile from campus in a great area that's close to everything. Includes washer & dryer and year round lawncare. This is a spacious house on an amazing lot in right in the middle of town. The neighborhood is historic and very convenient to campus and shopping. The street goes right into campus, so you are less than a mile away. A very easy bike ride into main gate. Very convenient to all of the Engineering, Architecture, Oceanography and other North East Side buildings. It's on a large lot with lots of coverage. The rooms are large and it includes lots of living area. There are hardwood floors in most of the house. Both bathrooms in the house are accessible without walking through a bedroom, so great for roommates to share. The backyard is completely fenced and pet friendly.
