Residents have access to a community pool, private sandy beach, fitness trails, tennis/pickleball courts and one reserved parking spot. Spend your days fishing off the pier or simply soaking up the sun by the water. A perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful and active lifestyle. Close to the North Harbor Club and Marina, Lowe's Corporate, Ingersoll Rand, Davidson College, LNRMC, CMC, Presbyterian hospital, restaurants and highway. • Renters are required to have Renters Insurance (proof of such must be provided). • Renters are responsible for all utilities • No Smoking Allowed inside of home. • No Pets Allowed. • Renters must also follow the rules and regulations of the HOA.
