It also has brand-new mini split HVAC units throughout the house, including in each bedroom. The house includes a washer and dryer in the basement and has a new roof, ample parking, as well as a carport located right next to the side entrance. The house is semi-furnished- this is negotiable, but it ideally would be rented with all of the furniture pictured included. The house is on a large lot (0.5 acres) with an outdoor grill and great neighbors. The house is suitable for a family or postgraduates only, no undergraduate tenants. It is in the desirable Kipps/Blacksburg school district. Tenant is responsible for all household utilities (water, trash, electric, and internet), mows yard (mower provided), and does basic leaf maintenance. Applicants will receive a background check.
