One designated parking spot, common parking around the property first come first serve. Great location off the freeway. Keep in mind there is no yard if you have a pet. Utilities Garbage, water & sewer included in rent. Electricity and internet are tenants responsibility. *All applicants 18 years or older must complete a rental application and screening. *Background check *Credit check *Credit: Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 620. Applicants without an established credit history may be considered based on verified income, rental history, and other screening factors. *Income verification *Positive Rental history is required, Applicants with prior evictions may be denied. *Application fees($45) paid by applicant that are non refundable. *Renters insurance required for duration of tenancy. *No smoking inside the premises. *A refundable security deposit of $600 or higher may be required based on screening results.
