Criteria *1 Friendly Dog Allowed, no cats. *All applicants 18 years or older must complete a rental application. *Background check *Credit check *620 + Credit Score *Income verification *Rental history(no evictions) *Application fees($45) paid by applicant. *Renters insurance required. *No smoking inside the premises. *A refundable security deposit of $600 is required. *A non-refundable pet fee of $375 is required. *Aggressive Breeds are not allowed per the condo association. *Income needs to be 2.5 x rent amount.
