About 1201 Maxwell Rd #B
Newer studio apt. in River Road Area. High ceilings, lots of light (has skylights!) huge backyard for gardening. The space is heated with natural gas. Studio is attached to main house which is currently rented by long time tenants. We do thorough background checks (criminal) as well as require proof of employment and rental history. First and last month rent are required. Six month lease and we will consider allowing a pet. Utilities are shared equally with the tenants inside the main house. If interested text to schedule a phone interview and showing. We intend to have a phone interview before proceeding in able to see if this is a good fit for both parties (since the yard/garden is shared). Also, we don't want to waste your time/money with a background check fee. Questions? (please text first!)
