My tenant has moved out to live with her boyfriend, so I am looking for a new female to move in anytime, or November 1st, 2020. I live downtown Vancouver (City Center/Yaletown area) at 1188 Howe Street. I am offering a private bedroom in a SHARED apartment. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the 23rd floor located downtown. ►When: AVAILABLE NOW! / November 1st, 2020 ►Where: 1188 Howe Street (23rd floor! Unobstructed views of downtown!) ►Lease: 6 months to a year or more (preferably a year or more) ►Furnished: The private bedroom is UNFURNISHED, the rest of the apartment is furnished. There is a sizeable closet in the bedroom. ►Washroom: Shared, but the other roommate isn’t often home and usually stays at her boyfriend’s place overnight anyways. ►Amenities: Large gym in building with his/hers changerooms, lockers & washrooms, large indoor pool, hot tub, and a hot sauna. ►Laundry: Located on the second floor and coin-operated. ►Utilities: Not included, Internet is $20 each a month + BC Hydro which is usually around $20-30-40 a month depending on how much the heater/general energy is used. ►Parking: Endless visitor parking for your guests. As I mentioned above, she also has a boyfriend so often spends the night at his place. Also note, some minor decor changes (like artwork) will be different from these photos, because these were taken when I lived there.
