Hardwood floors, eat-in kitchen, large yard, Stackable washer & dryer provided (located in kitchen area). Patio for outside enjoyment. Central heat (natural gas furnace). Showings by appointment only. Due to size, max capacity is three people. UTILITIES: Tenant responsible for electric, natural gas (furnace), water, trash, and internet. Lawncare included in rent. (High-speed internet available but must be confirmed by tenant.) Property has septic system. PET POLICY: Maximum two pets allowed. Each pet requires a non-refundable $300/pet fee.
