Looking for a long-term renter - one year or more. Fabulous, immaculate, unfurnished unit. Located upstairs (which is much quieter and better when there is a lot of snow because your view is not obstructed). It is practically brand new as it was built in 2019. Ammenities include hard wood floors, granite counter tops, fireplace, steel appliances, in unit washer and dryer, outside deck, carpet in bedrooms, large master bathroom, corner unit; and excellent view. Most neighbors are long term tenants or homeowners. No smoking. No pets. However, I may consider an older, well-trained dogs. This complex has its own pool, gym, bocce-ball courts and hot-tub.
