I lived here for three years and it was a great experience. The apartments are well maintained, clean, and fairly updated. Sarah, the manager, is wonderful to work with. Maintenance was responsive and helpful. I lived on the first floor, and had some problems with bugs since the unit was partly underground, which was my only complaint.

The administration is great, i appreciate how they guide us in the leasing process, everything is pretty clear. The space and multiple windows gives you comfortability and the basic necessities give you everything that you need to make the space a stable home. Lot of resources near by specially if you are interested in continuing college or starting a career with an accessible price more than the average. They also let you have a pet in, for a low cost amount. I'm glab i found this apartment, is not paradise but surely you can make a confortable home if you take care of the things that need to be taken care of to avoid neglecting them, they communicate to make sure you know if something is happening around or thing that would be done around the place, the environment is great and the administration super helpful, over all great service. My cat loves to take a sun shower by the balcony.
