Stay in a fully furnished 2-bed, 1-bath unit with modern amenities, including a full kitchen, spacious living room with a 50” smart TV, dedicated workspace, and A/C in both bedrooms. Freshly painted with new furniture as of Jan. 2023. In-unit washer/dryer and two off-street parking spots in driveway included. Bedrooms provide privacy for roommates. Ideal for traveling nurses with blackout shades and sound machines. Close to CMMC (7 mins) and St. Mary's (9 mins) hospitals, in a quiet Lewiston/Auburn neighborhood. Utilities such as electricity, water, heat, sewer, garbage, and Internet are included in the rent of $2400. Cats are welcome. Dogs are welcome as long as someone will be primarily home with them. We charge a pet fee of $125 per pet. There is a $150 cleaning fee. We require first month's rent, security deposit, cleaning fee and pet fees at lease signing. We accept credit card payment for rent, with a 3% processing fee.
