Property Id: 1378731 Our units are all townhome style- 2 floors. The second floor has two bedrooms, and a full bathroom with washer/dryer hook-up. The first-floor layout includes a decent sized living room area at the entry, ½ bathroom, and eat-in kitchen area with access to the backyard space. There are generous storage closets including a pantry. The unit floor plans in each building are the same, however the units' range in rent price from $1575-$2,000 depending on upgrades. Rent includes heat, hot water, water and sewer/storm water, and base cable hook up through Spectrum (adding internet). We also have a winter and summer landscape team. Onsite parking is limited to 2 registered vehicles and depends on adult occupancy. Tenants are responsible for electricity, internet, and any packages beyond base cable. We are pet friendly (2 pets maximum) and there is a pet agreement which requires a $250 security deposit for each pet and an additional $35 for each pet per month as a pet fee.
