Just 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and under 10 minutes to Sullivan’s Island, you’ll enjoy easy access to both city charm and seaside relaxation. Step through the front door into a welcoming entryway with custom cabinetry designed for effortless organization- perfect for shoes, coats, and beach gear. Beyond the entry, you’ll find a spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating for four, and abundant cabinet and prep space. The adjacent dining area offers a table for eight, ideal for family dinners or entertaining guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located off of the kitchen. The living room, just past the kitchen, boasts vaulted ceilings, streaming natural light, and French doors leading to the private backyard. A large sectional sofa and Smart TV create a cozy spot for movie nights or lazy afternoons. The three bedrooms include one with a king bed, one queen, and one full, each offering comfortable accommodations and closet space. Two additional bathrooms are located off the bedrooms- one with a tub/shower combo, and the other with a beautiful tiled shower and glass door. Above the garage, a dedicated office space provides the perfect work-from-home setup. The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer, as well as garage and driveway parking. Outside, enjoy a private backyard with a patio and basketball hoop- great for both relaxation and play. Which Beach Retreat is thoughtfully designed for families or small groups seeking a quiet, stylish home base close to Charleston’s beaches, shops, and dining. - Dog under 75 lbs may be considered with a $250 pet fee and owner approval - In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
