There are washer & dryer hookups, electric heating, dual vanity in main bath, a back deck with a fenced back yard, and a single car garage. The unit just received a fresh coat of paint, new carpet, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, and new stainless-steel appliances. We offer an easy-to-use tenant portal where you can do things like making electronic payments, checking your balance, viewing your lease documents, and tracking maintenance requests. Terms: Rent is $2195.00 per month with a signed 12-month lease, which converts to month-to-month after one year. The tenant is responsible for landscaping. Water and Sewer is included with the rent.
