Appliances are included. Well maintained home with central heat and AC for year-round comfort. Maximum occupancy: 5 persons Tenant responsible for all utilities, trash pick-up, and yard care ---------------------------------------------- APPLICANT STANDARDS --------------------------------------------- ***WE DO FULL, DETAILED BACKGROUND, CREDIT, CRIMINAL, AND RENTAL HISTORY*** APPLICATION: A separate application is required for each occupant 18 years an older (even if they won’t be on the lease).
