This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features new luxury vinyl floors throughout (no carpet), fresh paint, all-tiled bathrooms, and a private primary suite with full bath and walk-in closet. Enjoy the large, open-concept den with vintage built-ins and a decorative fireplace. The huge, open eat-in kitchen has plenty of space for a family-size table or island. Plus, appliances are included. One of my favorite spots is the big, inviting screened porch. You'll love the huge yard, attached one-car garage with lots of built-in storage, plenty of off-street parking, and large utility/laundry room. Although this home still retains much of its vintage charm, it features all modern conveniences you'd expect like central heat and AC and vinyl replacement windows for year-round comfort. All of this in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything Charlotte has to offer!
