This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features hardwood and luxury vinyl floors throughout (no carpet), all-tiled bathrooms, and a private primary suite with full bath and walk-in closet. Enjoy the large, open-concept den with vintage built-ins and a decorative fireplace. The huge, open eat-in kitchen has plenty of space for a family-size table. One of my favorite spots is the big, inviting screened porch You'll love the large fenced yard, attached one-car garage, plenty of off-street parking, and a massive storage building with roll-up door. Appliances are included. Although this home still retains much of its vintage charm, it features all modern conveniences you'd expect like central heat and AC and vinyl replacement windows for year-round comfort. All of this in a quiet neighborhood, convnenient to everything Charlotte has to offer! Maximum occupancy: 5 persons Tenant responsible for all utilities, trash pick-up, and yard care ---------------------------------------------- APPLICANT STANDARDS --------------------------------------------- ***WE DO FULL, DETAILED BACKGROUND, CREDIT, CRIMINAL, AND RENTAL HISTORY*** APPLICATION: A separate application is required for each occupant 18 years an older (even if they won’t be on the lease). Application fees are non-refundable. PETS: Limit 1 dog, no more than 40 pounds, full grown. No puppies or other pets. Breed restrictions apply. A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply.
