We do not charge an application fee. We favor tenants that are willing to pay rent on autopay. Tenant pays utilities--NIPSCO and City of Plymouth (water, sewage and trash). In the photos, the empty room is a bedroom and there are 2 of them. A good-sized lighted closet is in each bedroom. Some people use just 1 bedroom and make the other one the living room or office. There is a very large bathroom that includes hook-ups for the laundry. There is a good sized kitchen-dining area. Appliances are included. You must fill out a free application before we will show the property. We do background checks and we require references including former landlords, pastors, bosses or others in leadership positions.
