This is a newly upgraded apartment in a nice, manicured complex near the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey this building is a block from the beach and very close to MPC, parks and all that downtown has to offer There is new Carpet and flooring throughout the unit, brand new appliances and cabinets, it also has been fully professionally painted. When you walk into the unit you walk into a large open living room. On the left is the open kitchen that opens to the dining area. Through the living room is a hallway with lots of linen cabinets for storage and the full bathroom with a beautiful large bedroom on the left side and a smaller bedroom to the right.
