Property Id: 2848954 Hi,We are renting out our 1,500 SQ ft basement with a private walk in entrance. This mother in law apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It will be available to move in as soon as September 15. Utilities are separate, but tend to average around $260/month. Feel free to message me at 7147434559 or here for times to come and see this place. The kitchen and bathroom countertops are all granite and have newer faucets on them. Most of the flooring is newer laminate and tile. Laundry units are included but can be taken out if you have your own. Pets are allowed as well a small pet fee.
