The 2 car attached garage is extra-deep and oversized. *Updated photos coming soon This is a No Smoking home. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, garage, or any other structure that is considered a part of the property. Type: Single Family 1 Story Home Security Deposit: One Months Rent Administrative Fees: A non-refundable application fee is charged per applicant. A $100 Move in Admin Fee is charged with a signed lease. Appliances: Range, Dishwasher, Refrigerator. Laundry: Washer and Dryer are supplied in units for resident convenience. Resident is responsible for any maintenance, repair, or replacement. Heat: Electric Basement: None Utilities: Residents are responsible to pay all of the utilities: Electric, Water, Sewer, and Garbage but will not need to get these services put in their name!
