Neighbors are friendly & lookout for property, Everything is new with quality furniture, appliances, and utensils. No fabricated or flimsy stuff thats going to fall apart on you. Central heat. Downstairs has a central air unit with remote control. Rooms have their own ac so you can control your own temp. Fans available on request. Real Sealy Posturepedic mattresses.
