Whether you choose to walk or ride your bike, you will quickly find yourself paddle boarding in Lake Davidson, strolling through the Davidson Farmer's Market or enjoying a game at Davidson College. All utilities, including internet are paid for by owner. Lawn care and exterior maintenance are covered by the HOA. No smoking inside the home. Dog friendly, two maximum.
