This home is currently occupied so we will be showing with approved applications only. The video walk through is on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for a 2-3 year lease to start. The pictures of the unit are from before our previous tenant, the current tenants have the unit in excellent condition. Walking into the home you will find the vaulted living area, dining area with walk out patio. Kitchen, garage, and half bath complete the main level. Upstairs landing area has a large loft space that overlooks the loving room and gets great sunlight. The master bedroom had a master closet, full bath that is shared with the second bedroom through a hallway door. Second bedroom is large enough for a queen bed and had dual closets. Laundry is also on the second level. Tenants are responsible for Gas and Electric, Trash, Water/sewer, Lawn, and Snow are covered in the rent price. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
