My husband and I have lived at the Griswold for 2 years and it has been the best experience. Great location, convenient parking, spacious units, and lots of natural light. Awesome views if you can get a higher floor. Chantal and Terrell truly care about the residents - they have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and dedicated to resident safety/happiness. Highly recommend to anyone looking to live downtown Detroit!

I relocated to Detroit for work and have lived at The Griswold for almost 2 years. I absolutely love it here! The only reason I am moving out is because I am being relocated for work again. The building is so secure and as a girl living by herself, safety was obviously a priority for me. The location is perfect. Chantal is an absolute angel and has been extremely helpful my entire time living here.
