Bathroom has a pedestal sink, renovated tub/shower, dual flush toilet, and storage cabinet, plus a linen cabinet in the hall. Each of the two bedrooms will fit a queen bed, dresser, and chair, and has two windows and a ceiling fan/light. One BR has a smaller closet, 2nd BR has a 6 ft. wide closet and is also suitable for office and computer/electronic equipment, as outlets are on a surge-protector. 1st floor laundry/mudroom has shelf storage and coat rack/hooks. Additional storage above laundry room is accessible from the garage. The kitchen has a built-in pantry and pull-out storage, refrigerator, counters, sink, faucet with sprayer, and under-sink water filter (no more bottled water!) as well as a smooth-top range, under-counter lighting, and built-in Danby dishwasher. The dining room is pine-paneled with shelving and a stained glass light, and has enough room for a work desk at one end. Two window air conditioners are provided with the rental. Potential for shop/craft area in the unfinished basement. Newer concrete patio and fenced-in area in back of garage, large yard for play or relaxation, and storage shed. Compost bin available if desired, garden space is negotiable. Maple trees and some flowering perennials. Windows have cordless cellular and regular shades, bathroom has privacy glass, and there are exterior motion-activated security lights, a programmable thermostat, and smoke/CO detectors. The residence has been inspected and registered by the Syracuse Rental Registry. We're looking for responsible tenants who appreciate the effort we put in. We live in the same neighborhood and this is our only rental, so we are very available for your needs. We have recommendation letters from previous tenants of 2 and 3 years. Confirmation of consistent tenant rent payments is required, and we prefer a positive reference from your previous landlord. We welcome pets and responsible owners! Cats and small dogs are welcome, large dog is negotiable. *Because NY no longer permits a refundable pet damage deposit, the monthly rent may be higher with pets, depending on type and number, to cover wear and tear and potential damage. A reference from your previous landlord related to your pet is required, as well as a record of required vaccinations, and we must meet your dog. One year lease begins May 15 - Ease your stress with a mid-month move! Only a two-week overlap with your old place, so sufficient time to move without a month of double rent.
