It is a 1200 sq ft house that comes with a washer and dryer hook up, new carpet, central heating and air, fresh paint, a large deck in the fenced in back yard as well as an extra building that has electricity and is insulated. This building would be the perfect man cave or she shed. This home has a separate dining room as well as an extra room that could be used as your office. There are stainless appliances in the newly renovated kitchen as well as an updated bathroom with lots of cabinet space. Tenants are responsible for all utilities as well as all yard maintenance. We are a non smoking building but are pet friendly. You can have up to two domestic animals for an additional fee of $25 per pet and a $200 non refundable deposit. We do require renters insurance. We also will need an application as well as background and credit checks. To live in this wonderful home you will only be expected to pay $1150 a month and to move in you will also need $1150 for a security deposit. We will ask that you sign a 12 month lease.
