No utilities are included. Pets are allowed, no breed restrictions. $35 pet rent, per animal, per month. There is also a $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee. Credit must be over 600, and no prior evictions. Our application fee is $25 per person, and that includes the necessary background check.
