This second floor one bedroom apartment was recently remodeled to include granite counters, a built in microwave & dishwasher in the kitchen. The bathroom has custom tile. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash disposal and gas for the heat. Tenant pays electric only. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. One off street parking space is included in the rent. Assigned carports may be available for additional rent. Our Edgewood/Swissvale apartment complex is located on the border of Edgewood & Swissvale next to the bus way and Edgewood Town Center. It is a short distance from the shops and restaurants in Regent Square and moments from the park way. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. One off street parking space is included in the rent. Assigned carports may be available for additional rent. All of our properties are smoke free and pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
