Conveniently located in Candler just a short drive from Asheville, this solid efficiency unit offers comfortable living with modern updates and excellent value. The space features polished concrete floors, an updated kitchen, mini-split heating and cooling, and a private entrance for added privacy and convenience. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit. Most utilities are included in the monthly rent, including electricity and water. Tenant is responsible for garbage service and internet. Internet is available, and the previous tenant had DirectTV installed, which may be able to be reactivated. Trash service can be arranged through FCC, though cans must be taken to the bottom of the road for pickup, or tenants may choose to haul trash to the local dump themselves. Pets are welcome- up to 1 dog and 1 cat with no weight limit. This is a great option for renters seeking a clean, low maintenance space close to Asheville while enjoying a quieter Candler setting. * Door to unit is around the side of home * Park to the left in the driveway and follow the rock pathway around left side of home * No Smoking * All Utilities Included except trash/internet
