Fully furnished and stocked rental house available Nov 21 2025. A beautiful furnished house with 3 bedrooms (one master, one middle and one back room) and 2 bath (one master and one middle) for rent. One King bed. One full bed. One trundle bed. Two twin beds. Two convertible sofa beds. Fully furnished with mattresses, mattress covers, sheets, duvets, duvet covers etc. And one extra bed frame in garage. Five high counter stools. Seven folding chairs, One folding table, One wood table with two wood benches. All Whirlpool stainless steel appliances. Cookware and Utensils. Quiet area but close to shopping, beach, Golf course and highway. 1.5 hour driving to Orlando airport. Close to everywhere but far from flood. Renters need to maintain the sanity and cleanliness of the house, take care of lawn, garbage and recycling schedule. Pets are case by case with additional fee per stay. All occupants must fill out an application form in pdf and must be on lease. All adult occupants have to do background check. Move-in fee not refundable for deep cleaning and carpet wash. Long term (longer than 6 month plus 1 day) lease only. Lease to own is considered. High Speed Internet is included. All other utilities (water, sewer, electricity, lawn) will be charged to tenants. Utility/rent will be prorated to day. Prorated utility could be estimated if bills not coming out. Other terms are negotiable.
